Since July 2011, Superior has empowered its employees to determine how their job is performed. Using our Quality Management Recording System, employees are enabled to suggest improvements regarding anything about how the company operates. Some of our previous employee suggestions include:
· Doubling the operating speed of our sheeter
· Developing a visual inventory system (KANBAN)
· Mandatory safety vests for office employees and visitors
· Determined the look and feel of our newly built lunchroom
· Food suggestions for our monthly company lunches
